I had the pleasure of meeting the MaRae-Gaines team when I volunteered for their 2021 5K Health Fair, which coincided with their transition to their new home. It was immediately clear to me that they are not just having an impact in the lives of the children they serve but also how their passion for education benefits the children’s young parents and the greater Selma community, as well.
